Unable to make bids due to preference confirmation.
I have not been able to make any bids on the eBay app. The app wants me to confirm my payment and shipping preferences. I have done this many times and it keeps coming right back to the confirmation screen. Any suggestions on how I can end this cycle would be greatly appreciated!
