Unable to make any purchases
Im unable to make any further purchases because my account was held. For an order that was canceled 2 times because payment wasn't made .
But the thing is that I tried to make payments but the ebay won't accept my card this is the card I've been using for all purchases

Mentor1 year agoYou have 4 days in order to pay. On day 5 the seller can file a cancellation for Buyer didn't pay. That will record an unpaid transaction on your account. Two of those and you will find yourself blocked from bidding or buying from sellers who block buyers with 2 or more unpaid transactions. That block will be on your account for 12 months. You will need to find sellers who have not invoked that block, or find Buy It Now listings with Immediate Payment Required.
