unable to lower my buy it now price
According to ebay, I should be able to lower my buy it now price. However, when I try to revise, I have no ability to change the pricing.

If you can't revise the listing, it may be because:
-- It is a Fixed Price/Buy It Now listing, and you have an outstanding Best Offer, Counter Offer, or Offer to Watchers, or you are at your selling limit.
(You cannot revise it until the Offers are declined or expired.)

You can END your listing and relist, if you are not at your listing limit
