unable to log in of get the necessary help and support from ebay...

I need a way to get some help from ebay.
I am UNABLE to log in to my account. I have spoken with support on call back calls repeatedly. To a person, every on of the reps has PROMISED to help solve the issue and get me the help I need. Unfortunately, to a person, no one has.
I wind up getting put on terminal hold and we wind up getting disconnected and not one person has tried to call back as they have promised they would. They just blow me off and I never hear back. This has literally been going on all week. I have spoken with someone every day except yesterday. My frustration level is through the roof. I have a label that needs to be printed and shipped (label is already purchased) but I cannot log in and am late shipping the item./
I am completely helpless at this point. Cannot log in without the help of ebay but cannot get any help from ebay. AND getting a live call from ebay seems to be impossible too.
There has to be some way to resolve this issue.

OP1 month agoThe account info that shows up on this post is not even correct. Seems to be creating accounts but I cannot actually log in to my actual account....
