Unable to Locate Guest Purchase in My Account
Hello,
I need help locating a recent purchase that seems to be missing from my account. The estimated delivery was December 30th.
I’ve already logged into my other account, but the order is not there either. I believe I may have made the purchase as a guest. I submitted a request to eBay, and this is the response I received via email:
"Thank you for contacting eBay about your current order placed as a guest. Here is the link to easily view purchase details and track the package:
[​TD_VOD_URL]"
Unfortunately, the link doesn’t work for me. Could someone advise how I can retrieve my order details and ensure everything is on track?

Guest purchases are not linked to any account; to deal with a guest purchase, you must first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email eBay sent regarding the guest order, or else see here:

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the link provided in the email (Order Details) for my guest purchase does not work. I’ve tried multiple times, but I still can’t access my order details or tracking information.
Is there another way I can retrieve the details of my guest purchase? Perhaps through a specific support channel or by providing additional information about the order?

Mentor1 year agoThe link will not work while you are signed in to your current eBay account. You must sign out to make the link usable.
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
If that does not help, try signing back in and contacting eBay here:
