Unable to list new listings because of ebay glitch

I have been selling for 24 years. This new ebay glitch is slowing me down big time.

I can start a new listing and get to the bottom when I click list and it goes to the whitish screen where it looks like it is going to list and does nothing. If I open a new tab it goes to the ebay page that says oops ebay is having an issue. I have been on the phone with ebay off and on for over a week and we are unable to resolve this issue. They tell me other people are experiencing it too. I switched computers and was able to list for 2 days and then it is back to the what the 1st computer was telling me. we have tried switching browers - cleaning the data - shutting down overnight. I am extremely frustrated. I NEED to list. Both computers tell me there are no virus' in them.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried listing using Sell Similar rather than starting a new listing from scratch?

I create one listing from scratch 20 years ago and all of my listings since then have been created using Sell Similar. I'm not having any issues listing, so it might be worth a try for you.

Thank you - that is my preferred way to list. Even this am - I tried to list and it just sits spinning.

I'm sure you're very frustrated and have probably tried this too, but did you remove your eBay cookies? If not, I would do that and then reboot again. Also, if your browsers don't auto-update, then make sure you have the most recent version.

If you still can't list, try posting on the technical board at the link below. If someone else who has encountered your problem sees your post, they may be able to help. Also, eBay does check that board and will hopefully respond.
