Unable to list an item for sale

Question

I have been unable to complete a listing for sale on an item. The listing is rejected, because I have not chosen a shipping option. But when I try to add a primary service, an error message appears: "There aren’t any options available. Update your package details or switch to flat shipping." I have entered weight and dimensions (correctly, I think) and tried flat rate shipping, but the listing is still rejected. Any thoughts what the problem could be? Thank you.

You also have a mistake in your shipping section for this item: anno 1750 sawtooth gravity clock

No shipping price or method is shown, it just states: "Varies". You do have a few listings that appear to have the settings correct, I suggest using the Edit function one of them and see how the shipping setting is set up and then duplicate that on the listing you are having trouble with. As long as the settings are within the carrier's max requirements for weight and dimensions it should work for you.

Thanks, mr_lincoln, I remain puzzled about what is going on. I tried to edit another listing, but it seems somehow locked, for example, I am unable to convert that listing from a "buy now" to an auction. If I try to add additional services, again I get: "There aren’t any options available. Update your package details or switch to flat shipping." Somewhere I read that this could be something to the effect that I have switched from a simple customer profile to a business profile? But I am unable to tell which profile I am currently set up as and how to change it, if that is the problem Thank you, again.
