Unable to list
I've been attempting to list for the past 2 days. All fields are filled out that need to be. When I click 'List It,' a message pops up at the top of the screen which says 'Looks like something is missing or invalid. Please fix any issues and try again. Buy It Now price.
I have input the BIN price many times.
Is this a known issue or can I report it here? Any and all help would be highly appreciated.

Mentor2 years agoI looked at your active listings. They are all fixed price. Are you trying to do something out of the ordinary, like different features? Perhaps what you are trying to list cannot be shipped using the EIS, because of the weight/dimensions/item.

OP2 years agoNo, nothing out of the ordinary. Just a set of books, like we've been listing for the last year. I've been attempting to list for the past 4 days. All fields are filled out that need to be. When I click 'List It,' a message pops up at the top of the screen which says 'Looks like something is missing or invalid. Please fix any issues and try again. Buy It Now price. I put the price back in and 'List It'. It does the same thing with the same message.
