Unable to leave feedback for customer, I enter tracking, mark as shipped,no option to leave feedback
worked for one order, not the second one on the same day. This has happened a few times in the last couple of weeks. Anyone else have this problem. I contacted ebay but their response was not helpful

Mentor1 year agoThere are many possible reasons why feedback might not be an option.
Aside from technical issues, you won't be able to leave feedback if you have already left feedback; if the buyer purchased as a guest; if the buyer has been removed; if the listing has been removed; or if it has been more than sixty days since the transaction.
