Unable to leave feedback because transaction cannot be found
I've left a couple of messages with a seller about problems with the items that I bought. I received the item on Feb 5. Today is Apr 4. I thought today was the last day for me to leave feedback on the purchase. However, though the "Leave feedback" button is available on the purchase, I receive a message that "We can't find this transaction. Please check your transactions to give feedback."
Any idea how I can deal with this?
