I am unable to leave accurate feedback because I cannot locate the tracking number that matches what I received with what I ordered. This seems to be a new phenomenon in that even if I click on the item I bought, nothing loads and no information about the tracking is available. Since I order many items on eBay, I cannot leave feedback and today, I received an item I never ordered so I'm sure this was sent by mistake, but because I cannot match the tracking number on the envelope with the item purchased, I can't resolve this issue. Please advise
