Unable to initiate a return on a second order.

Question

I purchased two parafilms from a supplier on different orders at different times. They were both defective and the supplier has refunded for one of them. I am unable to request a return for the second order as it is also showing as refunded although it has not been. The total refund is for one order only. Please advise.

Thanks for your reply disneyshopper.
I contacted the seller to let them know that the first order was no good. I didn't receive a reply for a few days and then I initiated the return. The seller then promptly refunded saying the return was not necessary.
I received the second order which was equally useless and contacted the seller again. They did not wish to acknowledge it and so I replied stating the two different order numbers. Still nothing from the seller and I can't initiate the return on the second order as it says that this is already refunded but it has not been. Ebay seems to have somehow conflated the two.

Did you file 2 separate returns, print out 2 separate labels, and send both packages back to the seller? Does tracking show Delivered back to the seller for both returns? It sounds like you send both items back with one return label, which is why you only were refunded for one item.
