Unable to help buyer complete international sale
Hi everyone, I selling internationally from the US. I have received about 5 messages in the past year from buyers who want to purchase some of my items. They are not able to complete the sale. I have had many other international orders that work out just fine. I ship to Illinois and the order goes from there. I have a current interested buyer who wants to buy one of my items and have it shipped to the UK. He is being told he can't place the order to his address. I know there is nothing wrong with my account. Can someone please check my item number for me to offer some help? I hate giving out ideas of what to sell, but this is driving me crazy at this point. Quite some time ago the U.K. introduced several safety regulations that cause some items to be blocked by the eBay International Shipping Program from shipping there.
If you go to this listing and look at the long list of countries you ship to if the United Kingdom is not on that list, the item itself is blocked.
You could try to ship it direct but you will lose most of your Seller Protections.
