OP3 years agoThe reply was NOT helpful. The seller deactivated herself from eBay immediately after the transaction was completed. A terrible business participant.
She should be removed permanently from eBay.

Mentor3 years agoSellers cannot "deactivate" an account while a transaction is in progress.
If the seller is no longer a registered user it is precisely because eBay has permanently removed the account, in which case feedback is unnecessary since the account will not be reinstated.
