Mentor8 months agoYou have 28 days to go to your shipping label page and cancel the label that was not used. Once you cancel the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. eBay will let you know when the carrier allows the refund. If it has been more than 28 days you are out of luck and cannot be reimbursed.

You need to go to your Shipping Labels page and cancel the unused label. Once you do that, you should see the refund in approximately 21 days.
