Unable to get connected to a live CSA

I placed a call to Ebay's Customer Service number 866-540-3229, the time I placed the call was 1 PM CST or 11 AM PST, the automated system told me 3 different the following: "I'm not able to connect you to a representative because you have called outside of the normal business hours" I researched the hours of operation for EBay and it states from 8 AM to 10 PM PST. eBay has no direct phone numbers for customer service. Any number you find is either an old phone number for eBay that is no longer used or a phone number for a scammer.

You can contact customer service using this link and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time. Unfortunately you will still need to answer the AI bot questions in order to get help. eBay removed our way to get around the questions so you may need to ask for â€œAgentâ€ several times before the system gets the message and lets you ask for the call back.
