Unable to get a new listing to support eBay International Shipping
I'm trying to list a new item for sale, and it's showing up without eBay International Shipping enabled. I have no country exclusions, and I have it set up with domestic shipping only, as explained in the documentation. However, no matter what I do, it shows up with shipping to the US, and all other countries listed as excluded.
This is bizarre because I have other listings using the same shipping policy, and they show as available for most countries. In fact, I only have one shipping policy in my account.
I've contacted support through the chat, and I've recreated the listing from scratch twice. I've tried creating a new shipping policy. I've even used the "sell similar item" option to create a new listing virtually identical to one of my existing items that does support eBay International Shipping, but still, it shows up with all countries except the US excluded.
Am I doing something wrong, or is there some kind of issue?
