Unable to generate new labels for my order

Question

I am not able to generate new labels to replace 4 cancelled, incorrect ones (old sender address) because of the 5 label maximum. How can I get the cancelled ones removed from the count of labels for my order? The status on the cancelled FedEx ones just says "Cancellation requested", but they are blocking me from generating the remaining 3 labels I need.

@jwbloniarz You will need to buy the shipping labels on Pirateship. They do not have Fed Ex but you can ship the items with UPS. Personally if I have an item that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS then I use UPS and buy the label from Pirateship. Pirateship helps with insurance claims and surcharge disputes. They charge the same discounted rates as eBay. UPS does have a list of valid surcharges on their website too. UPS does not add surcharges as often as Fed Ex does.Then if the tracking do...

I also ship heavy items UPS through PirateShip and have never had a back charge or problem. Plus I find their rates are often lower than what ebay quotes.

Link your free PirateShip account to ebay to import from and then upload tracking back to ebay. PirateShip also has a convenient package size and weight memory.
