Unable to even file an inquiry at eBay.
Ordered an item on the eBay website. Was leery because it was coming from China but it included eBay refund guarantee so ordered. Received a Fed Ex tracking number and then a notice it was being delivered on a specific date, followed by. “Delivered†email. It of course wasn’t delivered so I tried the FedEx tracking info….no such tracking #. Went to eBay and entered the order # and again NOT FOUND. This means I can’t even get into any of their alleged Help areas as an order # is required. Any ideas
