Unable to enlarge items on listings and also unable to initiate bids.
On all listings I am unable to enlarge items by clicking on the icons. I am also am unable to bid. Each time I try to place a bid nothing happens. If anyone else has experienced this issue any advice would greatly appreciated. Thank you.....

Mentor2 years agoWhat operating system version are you using? Many mac users with OS 10 versions seem to have problems lately, along with some OS 11 users if they cannot install the latest version of a popular browser.
Do you have another computer or a phone you can use to add items to your Watch List or to bid or add items to your cart?

OP2 years agoI'm way down on the totem pole as far as being any kind of computer savvy. I have a Mac which is about 10 years old and don't really understand a lot of the language. Going to purchase a new computer soon and take a class to hopefully get up to speed. (I know, TMI). Thank you so much for the phone suggestion. I tried sending a bid on it and it worked. Certainly appreciate your feedback...........

Mentor2 years agoI don't really know if the problem is due to an unintended change on eBay's end that is likely to get fixed soon, or if eBay is gradually tightening security requirements and that many more old computers will start to have similar problems -- or whether you might start to run into similar problems with other sites as well.
If eBay fixes the problem soon, that might be an indication that you can keep using that computer for a while yet.
In any case, I am glad to hear that the phone suggestion worked for you! You are most welcome!
