Unable to download purchased shipping label
Hello, I purchased a shipping label for an item I sold but now I am unable to download the label in order to print it. The email sent to me prompting me to download the label just sends me to a page with a spinning wheel. Any advice?

If you are using a PC and a browser the label is downloaded to the browser Print menu and you can print it from there. I have been doing that for all the years I have been selling on eBay.
