unable to deliver after baseball card was authenticated
I purchased a baseball card that was sent to be authenticated and as soon as that was completed it received a Fed Ex number at which point it just states "unable to deliver". Also says cancelled by seller. Seller says he did not cancel and that Ebay takes over after the authentication process is complete as far as delivery is concerned. From what I could find out, that is correct. What does someone do at this point and what could have happened? What is the usual end result if card is never received? I have reported it to Ebay of course but they say they need a few days to figure it out.
