Unable to create a seller listing

I am getting the above error while trying to submit a sell listing. Any help on how to proceed would be really appreciated.

Mentor3 years agoYour registration shows you are in the USA, so I believe you are getting that message in error. I would try the following:
Go to either of these sites to get help from eBay staff:
https://twitter.com/askebay
https://www.facebook.com/eBay/
Send a private message. Include your user ID, email address, phone number, and a brief message. Someone will contact you in a few days.
