unable to cotact seller
hi,
In the past, i was able to exchange messages with my seller.
I now tried to contact my seller and got the following message:
Send message failed. Please try again.
I have no clue what to do.
The item i bought has an issue and i wish to contact the seller before the warranty ends.
It has an Allstate plan.
Or maybe I do not need the seller for that?

Mentor5 months agoIf you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

This is exactly what I had done before, and I still get the same message.
