Unable to contact support
I can't contact support though chat. About three hours ago I couldn't read their messages sometimes. Then I got disconnected. Now I can't get ahold of anyone. Waited on chat for 20 minutes and still nothing. I'd like to get my issue res9lved but I have to be able to contact someone

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

OP3 weeks ago · EditedI did get through, but they didn't help me. They had no sympathy for me and I feel like they treated me like crap. I didn't read their buying help before bidding so even though none what happened is listed when you bid. Everything was explained in the help article.
