Unable to contact seller via eBay
I am trying to contact the seller to send me the return label but my message to the seller on eBay keeps saying something went wrong please try later. However, this issue only occurs with this particular seller. Other messages are sent. What can I do?

Is the seller still registered? Check the seller's feedback page.
You should be able to file a return through your purchase history within thirty days even if you cannot contact the seller via messages.

Mentor11 months agoYou are very welcome. Apparently some of larger sellers (like the mega-booksellers) do not allow messages at all because they just cannot keep up with the volume they would otherwise receive.
