unable to contact seller of a item, contact seller button doesnt work.
how can I contact seller for a question if that function doesnt work on a page before I buy a item

You should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History to send a message to the seller, though not all sellers allow questions or respond to them.
If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.
