unable to contact seller
I want to inquire about the material used in an item. When I push the 'contact seller' button a new space opens on the right side of my screen but my cursor doesn't work to ask my question

Mentor1 year agoSome sellers have their accounts set up to not allow questions from buyers that don't have a current transaction with them. I know that sounds strange, but some sellers do this.
If you need answers, try another seller that will be responsive to you.
