unable to contact seller
I want to inquire about the material used in an item. When I push the 'contact seller' button a new space opens on the right side of my screen but my cursor doesn't work to ask my question

Mentor1 year agoSome sellers have their accounts set up to not allow questions from buyers that don't have a current transaction with them. I know that sounds strange, but some sellers do this.

If you need answers, try another seller that will be responsive to you.

Mentor1 year agoTry clicking on the "Send message" text and see if that allows you to enter your message text.

If not, try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

On the "contact seller" version of the page, the "send message" appears twice: once as a small text line, and below it in a grey button. You should be clicking on the upper text.

At that point you should see a little box to check to "Send a copy to my email".

If you start typing, your message should appear just above that, and the lower "Send message" button should turn blue and become active once you start typing.

Hit the blue button to send.
Â
If that is not what you see, try a different browser. Or else go to the seller's feedback page and use the "contact" link there instead.
