Unable to contact EBay to get refund on shipping label

I am unable to get a callback with a human about getting a refund on shipping label. For some reason there were two labels created. Where is a live contact page not AI. This is beyond infuriating

You do not need to contact eBay about this. You need to fine the unused label on your shipping label list and from the drop down menu click on Cancel. The shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. eBay will let you know when the carrier allows the refund and it will be available as a payout. You can do this within 28 days of purchasing the label.
