Unable to contact ebay regarding malicious damage to delivered goods from India
Impossible to get ebay agent to talk to.
Goods clearly damaged.
Not prepared to seek refund etc from seller who has completed their side of the order. Need advice
from ebay who are a total joke and unable to contact them as their system goes around in circles. Help/Support utterly useless. Have reported to local Postal Services. UK International Postal/Custom Service. Just spoken to postie. Contacting Police next. The bottles of Old Spice Shaving lotion have been struck by heavy solid object like iron bar/tool/hammer etc and not by crushing as marks on a metal sealing ring show strike mark. As goods come from India wonder if damage is racially motivated.
