Unable to contact ebay , if its about complaining about the seller.

I've contacted ebay 2 months ago to report a seller that blocked me from buying because I left them a few negative reviews.

I've got an automated message confirming receiving my complaint and haven't heard from them since. It's impossible to send another message to eBay to follow up, because it always directs me here, to read about help option, it does not even connect me with automatic chat.

@natmcm-19 Just adding that negative feedback you leave for other sellers can reflect badly on you too. It is always best to contact the seller first to see if you can work things out, negative feedback should be the last option.

Since eBay allows sellers to block any user that they want for any reason that they want there is nothing that eBay will do for you. eBay considers this to be a personal decision of the seller and will not get involved nor will they contact the seller.
