Unable to contact e-bay. Sellers return address not valid. What do I do?
I ordered a shower curtain from a seller on ebay. I received the item very quickly but did not like the quality of what I bought at all. I contacted the seller to start a refund. She responded with the address to mail back the shower curtain, but the address must have been from another country and the Post office could not accept it, with the info I was given. I contacted the seller again, and she sent a return label, but I cannot print the label, and can no longer respond to the seller. I would like help in what to do. I have never ordered from ebay, and thinking I never will again. Help please. Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoThe easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.

Mentor2 years agoYou should have received an email with the subject "Guest Order" that has details about tracking and returns. If you cannot find this email, there is a way to resend here:

Mentor2 years agoWhy can't you print the label? If you have no printer, go to the library, friend, or shipping store. Otherwise, select the QR code and take that to the post office and they will print the label.

OP2 years agoThank you. I do have a printer but what they sent will not print. I will try taking a picture of her label on my phone to see if Post office can print one. Thank you
