Unable to contact buyer
Hi,
Someone purchased something from me on ebay and sent me a message. I'm trying to reply to my buyer and it won't send the reply. It says "user not found" which is really strange because I can click on the user and see their feedback. Why am I unable to reply? Tried using the chat feature on ebay...but it's useless. Has anyone else had this issue?

OP9 months agoNever mind. I figured it out. Apparently ebay doesn't like to Google Chrome browser. I had to use a different browser. All is good! 😊
