Unable to contact anybody
Item arrived broken, seller notified. Seller responded after several weeks and requested photos, saying they would file an insurance claim. I sent the photos, but the seller never responded. I attempted to contact seller repeatedly, waiting several weeks between attempts. Now it is too late to take any action, I cannot even leave a review on the sellers website. The ebay customer service is useless, and it is impossible to contact a human.
