Unable to complete "Make Offer"
Not sure what is going on but I have been unable to make an offer on products that are listed as Best Offer. Ebay just glitches and will not allow me to go further than entering a price and selecting continue. I just get a page that says We Looked Everywhere looks like this page is missing. This is happening on any item I have attempted that past few days. Customer service is a waste of time with Ebay you just end up running in circles with no resolution. I really wish these companies would stop using AI and start using American customer service again.

If you are having problems making an offer using a browser, try using the eBay app.

OP5 months agoI have attempted using the app as well, but to be honest I avoid the app as much as possible. The Ebay app is so bad.

Mentor5 months agoAt least some users seem to be having better results sending offers using the latest version of the eBay app. Make sure you have the latest version. Or try a different browser.

OP5 months agoI just downloaded the app again. The app did not work two days ago, but it seems to be working on there. I will look at sending the offer on this item, but I might just avoid Ebay in the future because it is not worth having to use their app. It really is insane how much they push for us to use their app. The apps suck for shopping and these sites need to learn that we do not want to allow them to track us just to get a deal on cheap Chinese products.
