Unable to complete ebay's request for refund form
I was aware that though listing of the book I bought had all the right information (title, item specifics, and "about this product," including all subsections), it had the wrong picture (different book). Thinking that what I bought was what the posting stated, I was a bit surprised when what I received was the item pictured, disregarding all that was stated in the listing. I tried to initiate a request for refund with ebay but could not complete the form without supplying pictures, which I don't have the ability to take. I also tried to contact ebay's customer service but, evidently, they don't offer direct contact capabilities (no human agents). The route they do offer keeps looping me back to the "request refund" form that it won't let me complete. Please advise.
