Unable to Complete eBay Seller Identity Verification
Hello,
I recently opened an eBay US business account using my registered LLC. I have linked my bank account (Payoneer – Citibank USA), but when I try to complete the identity verification, I get the message:
We’re unable to verify your identity at this time. Please contact us and then come back to this page and click Continue to proceed.
I’m not sure what additional documents are required. Could someone guide me on:
Which exact ID documents eBay accepts for US LLC owners who are not US residents
If Payoneer bank details are sufficient, or if a US domestic bank account is mandatory
Any alternative way to verify identity for non-US residents

Unless another member here can advise you, I would suggest you contact eBay CS via social media.
They have more experienced teams there to help with issues like this.
Only use the Private DM or PM Messaging - do not post your account info publicly.
Give them your User ID, your real name/address, the email attached to your account, and explain the issue in detail.
They usually respond in a day or two.
