Unable to Complete Business Verification – No SSN/ITIN, Only EIN
Hi,
I am trying to register my eBay seller account as a business using my company’s EIN.
My company is a Corporation registered in the U.S., but I do not reside in the U.S..
When I try to set up the account, the system is requiring me to provide a SSN or ITIN for the contact person.
I do not have a SSN or ITIN, but I have:
My company’s EIN confirmation letter from the IRS (CP 575).
My company formation documents (Articles of Incorporation).
My passport as personal identification.
A U.S. business bank account under the same company name.
Could you please advise how I can complete the verification using only my EIN and passport, or provide the correct W-8BEN-E form so that I can finish registering my business account?
I need to get my business account approved without providing a SSN or ITIN.
