hello please help i unable to checkout and buy my items its says like this to help protect your account, we limit the amount of items purchased by a single account at any one time.

@jech_3750 , You are a new member and as one there are limits on the number of items you can buy and/or the amount you can spend at any one time. If you have several items you wish to buy you may have to pay for some today, and some tomorrow or the next day.
