Unable to Change Return Policy to “No Returns†on Listings
Hello,
I’m an eBay reseller. Most of my listings are set to accept 30-day returns, but for certain items I need to specify “No returns accepted.†When I try to change the return policy for those listings—both in the eBay mobile app (iOS) and on my PC browser—the system won’t let me switch from my default 30-day returns to “No returns.†The return field is either greyed out, reverts to 30 days, or otherwise won’t save the change.

Mentor1 year agoNot sure why this is happening since you are not listing items that require the 30 day return policy.
However, there are a few things to remember about a No Returns policy. First, as a Top Rated Seller that fact will no longer show up on your listings since this notice requires you to have a 30 day free returns policy. Second, there is really no such thing on eBay as no returns. If the buyer opens a case for an "Item not as described". You must accept the return, provide a prepaid return label and give a full refund once the item is returned. Most buyers know this and will file that case if you have a no returns policy to send the item back anyway even if it is as described.
