unable to cancel prepaid shipping label
Unable to cancel prepaid label . I shipped before printing label and payment is waiting on Delivery. How to get payment off hold ?

Mentor2 weeks ago@socalguy37 I want to clarify what is happening with your shipping label. You are enrolled in the new Ship with eBay program. We Mentor's are just learning about this program too.
When a sellers listings says Standard Tracked Shipping or they mention a prepaid label that means they are enrolled in the new Ship with eBay program.
It's important to use the eBay provided shipping label so that you have tracking proof of delivery. You can not enter an offsite purchased tracking number when you are enrolled in this program.
The sold listing will look as if it did not have tracking so your funds are going to be held for 31 days.
When enrolled in the Ship with eBay Program Shipping labels are automatically issued based on the package weight and dimensions you provide in the listing so EVEN when offering Free to the buyer shipping it is VERY important to include this information.
eBay Shipping labels do cost less than at the post office. It is best to use eBay labels so you have better seller protection too.
Also when your item/ account is opted in to the Ship with eBay program you can NOT enter your own offsite tracking number for the shipment.
Labels are not voided, the BUYER will be refunded for an unused label automatically if the listing had BUYER pays shipping. "If you decide not to use the prepaid label, your buyer will be refunded automatically for the unused prepaid label if they paid for shipping. " ( YOU had buyer pays shipping on the listing)
If the listing had " FREE SHIPPING" the Seller is NOT refunded for the unused label. I recommend contacting customer service to see if you can get a courtesy refund for the label since you were opted in to this program with no notice of how it works.
"If you offered free shipping but didn't use the prepaid label provided, you will not be reimbursed for the costs of purchasing your own label or for the unused prepaid label."

Mentor2 weeks agoTwo things may be happening in this transaction:
First, it sounds like your payout is on hold because you are a new or infrequent eBay seller. "Infrequent" means it's been more than 90 days since your most recent (last) sale. It can take as long as 90 days before eBay will release payout funds for new/infrequent sellers.
Second, it also sounds as though you have been enrolled in eBay's new program which includes Prepaid Shipping Labels.
It's a very new program, and I am not an expert on it, but I think --
You may be on your own with however you handled shipping, as you said, "before printing [the] label."
If you took the item to the post office to mail, and you paid there at the post office, that was your choice. eBay won't/can't refund you.
BUT eBay will refund your buyer for however much he/she paid for shipping in the transaction.
Because eBay prepays the USPS -- as part of this Prepaid Shipping Label program -- eBay knows the tracking number. eBay keeps track of the label they prepaid, but you did not use. eBay will ultimately refund your buyer because that label was not used.
Moral of the story: wait for eBay to notify you that your shipping label -- or its related QR code -- is available, and use that label or code for shipping.

Why can’t you cancel the label? If it is the standard envelope, those labels cannot be cancelled. Otherwise,
Go to Shipping Labels in Seller Hub or Manage shipping labels in My eBay.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
If the request is recorded, it should set the order back to waiting for shipment. Then you can enter the correct tracking number.
