Unable to cancel an order due to a technical issue
Hello,
I’m a seller and need your help with an order. The buyer purchased an item but requested to cancel the order a few hours later. I tried to cancel it on the same day, but there was a technical error, and the system wouldn’t let me complete the cancellation.
The item has never been shipped, but now the payment has been processed, and the order is still showing as active.

Mentor10 months agoGo to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Click the down arrow, select to Cancel Order, select Buyer request, submit.
