unable to buy off some sellers because they say l have a record of 2 orders in the past 12 months

that were cancelled because they were not paid for . l was waiting for funds to clear. l have spent thousands of dollars with eBay. can you plzz help me remove this, so l can make more purchases . thanku

Lots of sellers have that block in place. This is why we don't purchase things if we don't have money.

This is a restriction almost all sellers have in place. Best you can do is ask a seller to make an exception for you.
