Unable to bid on items

Question

Hi, Iâ€™ve recently bought 2 items which I collected and paid with cash, unfortunately the seller has marked the transactions as cancelled and now when I try and bid for anything it says Iâ€™m not allowed to as this facility has been suspended.

I have tried to contact eBay directly but cannot find a number or email that gets through to anyone

I have additionally contacted the seller but know theyâ€™re away for a couple of weeks

Any help would be much appreciated
