unable to bid
Anyone else getting this. With enough time left to bid this error comes up. "there was an error with your bid", happened 3 times in the last hour. Another error on the clock, there was 6 seconds left and when I went to bid the auction had already ended, looks like the clock time is not synced properly.

Mentor2 years agoIf your auction countdown is not behaving correctly, check to make sure your computer's time and time zone are set correctly, and the date and time are synchronized with an internet time server such as time.windows.com or time.gov.

If your device's clock is not synchronized that can cause problems bidding at the end of an auction. If your clock is ahead or behind by a minute, you will not be able to bid in the last minute of the auction. Either your computer will think the auction is over when it is not, stopping you from bidding, or else you will think you have time left when the auction is already over. Neither situation helps you.

OP2 years agoI was on live with an agent and they said it was bid sniping, it is not. I bid live while on the call with 6 seconds to go and it it ended the auction immediately.
