Unable to bid
When I try to bid I keep getting a pop up message saying I have 2 or more unpaid orders. This is not true.

When I try to bid I keep getting a pop up message saying I have 2 or more unpaid orders. This is not true.

·2 years agoIt says you have 2 or more unpaid cancellation records in the past 12 months (or 6 months or 1 month depending on the seller's settings). Look in your My eBay: Purchase History under Returns and cancelled (they might be under unpaid items but likely not as that is more for items awaiting payment and once it is cancelled you can no longer pay).
