Unable to appeal
I purchased an item on Ebay and upon delivery found it did not fit so I requested a return. A message popped up the seller would send shipping instructions but never did. The seller closed the ability to return without contacting me. I then requested they reopen the ability to return and send shipping instructions because they were never received. Again no response from the seller. I then tried to go on Ebay for assistance but they are telling me there is no ability to appeal the opportunity is closed. Is there any way to receive a refund and appeal when the seller never responds to the buyer?
