Unable to add Payout Method
I am trying to setup my account for selling but running into troubles. Specifically, I am unable to add a payout method. When I click to add the method, a blank window pops up and never loads. I have tried Chrome and Edge browsers, I even tried from a different computer and had the same issues. Seems like something at my account and not issue with computer.

To verify your bank account, Ebay will need:
· Name on the checking account (must match the name on your Ebay account)
· Bank name
· Routing number
· Account number
