Unable to add items to cart

Hi for the past day on desktop and my phone Iâ€™m unable to add items to my cart. Any suggestions? I keep getting an error message that itâ€™s not possible to addâ€¦.

That can happen if the item is out of stock. (It could have been in stock when you looked at it but another buyer got it first.)

Try using another browser or clear your eBay cookies. That may resolve the problem.

If it's happening on every single item you try, is it possible you've been put on a buying restriction? There would be no one here who could tell you that, but you would have received a message from eBay about it.
